With now several years of experience working with international companies, we jointly set up each curriculum for the training demand-driven.
With this flexibility, we aim to train future employees to be able to create jobs on-site in Rwanda. The training is set-up in a hybrid mode, mixing on-site personal interactions with remote elements and focuses on both tech as well as human skills.
Our partner in crime: Awesomity Lab, a Kigali-based software development company with special passion for training and upskilling young tech enthusiasts, giving back to the local tech community and elevating it.
This 100% matches to Code of Africa’s goal to foster the East African ecosystem by developing the sector and contributing to overall economic growth and job creation.
